The Russian Federation has issued a Notice to Mariners (NOTAM) for the Barents Sea, possibly indicated a missile launch or gunnery drills for the current Northern Fleet exercise in the Arctic. This NOTAM does overlap into the Norwegian Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ)
