United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has withdrawn the pre-trial agreements for alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, as well as two other alleged attack facilitators, which was initially announced by the Convening Authority for Military Commissions on Wednesday.
