Two South African Sailors Killed, One Missing After Eight Swept Off Submarine Deck

The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is reporting that at least eight South African sailors were swept off the deck of an unnamed submarine. At least two have been confirmed killed and several others have been rescued. However, at least one sailor is still missing as naval divers are continuing the search.
