Local Russian media has confirmed that the death toll has risen to 15 after a Su-34 FULLBACK crashed into a residential apartment building in Yeysk, Krasnodar Krai, Russia. The below video shows first responders fighting the fire that officials say has condemned the building for at least 5 months.
