According to SOTA news, one of the last independent Russian news sources in Moscow, the Moscow Ministry of Health has ordered all general hospitals to establish bomb shelters in buildings where operating rooms exist. This order apparently was spurred by the lack of a bomb shelter in Hospital Number 52 (pictured) which has a major operating room. Deputy Mayor Biryukov also ordered that all bomb shelters in residential buildings be vacated as many of them have become storage areas.
The Moscow Department of education mirrored the order to hospitals and mandated the establishment of bomb shelters in all major education buildings.
