Jordanian MP Arrested for Alleged Weapons and Gold Smuggling into West Bank

Jordan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that lawmaker Imad Adwan,  a member of the Palestine Committee, was arrested by Israeli authorities for allegedly smuggling weapons and gold into the West Bank. The ministry noted that it is "working to find out the merit of the situation and address it as soon as possible."
