Jacinto County District Attorney Todd Dillion has told NBC News that a person believed to be the gunman that killed killed five of his neighbors, including an 8 year old child, last Friday in Cleveland, Texas, has been apprehended by authorities.
A person believed to be Francisco Oropesa, 38, was arrested in the city of Cut and Shoot, Texas, San Jacinto County District Attorney Todd Dillon said

Francisco Oropeza is accused of opening fire on his neighbors after they asked him to stop firing his gun outside as they were trying to put a baby to sleep. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed on Monday that Oropeza had been deported from the United States four times since 2009.
The victims were identified as Honduras nationals Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25; Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31; Jose Jonathan Casarez, 18; and Daniel Enrique Laso, 8.
