While speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed that tactical nuclear weapons have been transferred to Belarus, further adding that this is “only the first.”
On Tuesday, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko told Russian state television that the process of transferring the weapons had already began “little by little.”
