Swedish Consulate Attacked in Izmir, Turkey

An armed attack took place on the Swedish consulate in Izmir, Turkey, resulting in the "serious injury" of one Turkish employee. The attack is being reported by some to have taken place using a firearm. The attacker, who Turkish authorities have taken to calling "mentally handicapped" (among other things), was taken into custody alongside his weapon.
