Russian Peacekeepers Killed in Nagorno-Karabakh, Per Russian MoD

Russia's Ministry of defense has announced that an unspecified number of peacekeepers were killed when their vehicle came under fire while leaving an observation post in Nagorno-Karabakh. In a statement, the Ministry said that "representatives of the investigative authorities of Russia and Azerbaijan are working at the scene of the incident."
