A fuel depot by Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), had exploded leaving a reported several hundred injured. The depot had a large number of people in the area attempting to get gas in order to leave Artsakh for Armenia.

Gegham Stepanyan, an Artsakh government member, has requested an airlift to evacuate some of the injured as Stepanakert’s hospitals struggle to keep up with the flow of injuries, having already been short on medicine from the Azeri blockade.
It is unclear at this time what caused the explosion.
