IDF Warns Gaza Civilians to Evacuate South

The IDF has announced it is giving a 24 hour notice to Gazan civilians in the Northern portion of strip to evacuate to the southern half. They say that they will be carrying out significant operations in Gaza city itself, stating that "Hamas terrorists" are operating within a tunnel network underneath the city, and that civilians should not allow themselves to be used as a "human shield".
