One Killed, More Wounded in Knife Attack, Arras France

A teacher at a French academy in the town of Arras, which is situated in Northwestern France near the Belgian border, was killed following a knife attack perpetrated by what authorities report to have been an ex-student of Chechen nationality who has since been arrested on Friday. The perpetrator reportedly shouted "Allahu Akhbar" before initiating the attack, the Telegraph UK reported.
