Authorities have cleared the scene at Meadow Road in Bowdoin, Maine, following the search of several properties in the area, meaning that Lewiston mass shooting suspect Robert Card remains at large.
Earlier this evening, local and federal authorities surrounded a run down home along the road calling for Card to come out, leading many to believe that he had been located.

Maine State Police later tweeted that “Law enforcement officials are currently on Meadow Road in Bowdoin to execute several search warrants. The announcements being heard over a loud speaker are standard search warrant announcements when executing a warrant to ensure the safety of all involved.”
The statement did include, however, that “It is unknown whether Robert Card is in any of the homes law enforcement will search. Law enforcement officials are simply doing their due diligence by tracking down every lead in an effort to locate and apprehend Card.”
