Car Rams U.S. Presidential Motorcade, Wilmington, DE

According to eyewitnesses, a sedan rammed into an SUV, part of President Biden's motorcade that had been used to block a road where a campaign event was being held. After the collision, both the First Lady and President departed the venue.
