Djibouti Refuses to Join Operation Prosperity Guardian

According to Al Mayadeen, Djibouti Foreign Minister Youssouf refused to provide forces to Operation Prosperity Guardian, the U.S.-led initiative to shield international shipping lanes from Houthi attacks. The Foreign Minister said "If Palestine does not find relief elsewhere, may God bless the relief provided by the Yemenis."
