At approximately 1415 EST, a rogue wave breached a sea wall in Ventura, California. Nine people were looking on as the wave crested and flooded the coastal neighborhood on Seaward Avenue. There have been no recorded deaths as of this publication..There is still a high surf advisory for the area.
