UN Announces Peacekeeper Death in CAR

The UN's mission in the Central African Republic (CAR), MINUSCA, has announced the death of a Cameroonian 'Blue Helmet'. MINUSCA stated that the peacekeeper was killed "following the detonation of an explosive device" while on a patrol in the village of Mbindale, where they were escorting a team of people from the International Organization for Migration.
