Defense Secretary of the Philippines Gilberto Teodoro stated yesterday the confirmation of the Re-Horizon 3 Plan signed by President Ferindand Marcos Jr. with a value of 1.894 trillion Philippine Pesos, or approximately 34.4 billion USD.
The new plan will be implemented over the next decade, and include unfinished projects from the Horizon 1 and 2 projects, which have both top priority.
Under the original plan, Horizon 1 refers to the air force, 2 refers to naval powers, and 3 focuses on land forces.
