Saudi Arabia to Acquire Wing Loong-10 Drone

Saudi Arabia purchased the export variant of the Wing Loong-10B jet-engine powered Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) during the World Defense Show 2024 that took place in Riyadh from February 4th–8th. China National Aero-Technology Import and Export Corporation (CATIC) confirmed the purchase, but some sources say that technology transfers to enable Saudi Arabia to produce the UAV were also part of the deal.

The Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) produces the WZ-10B for both the PLAAF and for export to foreign countries.
