Iran, Russia, and China Engage in Joint Naval Drill in Gulf of Oman

On March 12, it was reported by Reuters that Iran, Russia, and China began a joint naval drill in the Gulf of Oman. The drill has been named "Marine Security Belt 2024", taking place in 17,000 square kilometers (6,600 square miles) of water, according to Iranian Admiral Mostafa Tajaddini.
