Indian Navy Submitted Plans for Second Indigenous Aircraft Carrier

The Indian Navy has reportedly submitted its proposal calling for the production of India's third aircraft carrier. The third carrier would be the second one locally built in India after the INS Vikrant. The carrier, if approved and built, would expand the maritime capabilities of India in the Indian Ocean Region.
