Mexican Police Discover Five Bodies in Bulletproof SUV

Mexican law enforcement within the city of Jalisco have found what was described as a bulletproof SUV with five bodies stacked on top of each other on Wednesday, March 20th.

The vehicle was discovered on a road in Villa de Corona, south of Guadalajara, the capital of Jalisco State. One individual had made an emergency call on Tuesday, March 19th, to report the SUV. The cause of death nor the identities of the men are known at this time, though officials noted that the bodies had “visible signs of violence.”

Jalisco is home to a drug cartel of the same name. Cartels are known to use professionally made or homemade bulletproof vehicles, although it is unknown if these men belonged to any cartel or organized crime group.
