North Korean Missile Launch Towards Sea of Japan

Early Tuesday morning, April 2nd, local time in Korea, North Korea fired a suspected ballistic missile in the direction of the Sea of Japan, also known as the East Sea of Korea, according to the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Japanese Coast Guard reports that defense systems detected the missile at 6:56 a.m. Korean Standard Time. No splash-down has been reported yet.
