Two Children Stabbed, Man Arrested, Strasbourg, France

At approximately 0920 EST, initial reports indicated that two female children were stabbed near a school in Souffelweyersheim, France. One victim was reportly stabbed near a school and the second victim was stabbed near the town square. The victims are aged 11 and six and have been reported to have sustained minor injuries. One male suspect has been arrested.
