CFB Goose Bay Shut Down as Fire Rages Through Town

A state of emergency has been declared in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador (NFL) as a fire rages through the town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay in Labrador. Several streets in the town itself have been affected by the fire, and the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) that is next to the town has been shut down.
