Search Efforts Continue for Missing Helicopter in Cardamom Mountains

As of July 14, 2024, search and rescue teams have yet to locate the missing helicopter over the Cardamom Mountains during a training mission. The helicopter lost contact with Air Force headquarters on July 13 while flying over the mountainous region spanning Pursat and Koh Kong provinces. Despite diligent efforts, search operations conducted on July 13 faced numerous challenges and yielded no results.
