A superseding indictment published by the Eastern District Court of New York shows that Sinaloa Cartel co-founder and drug lord Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, who was arrested by federal authorities yesterday in Texas, faces 17 counts related to criminal enterprise and drug trafficking offenses.
