Former American City Councilor, Veteran and Wanted Fugitive Touted in Russian MoD Video

Wilmer Puello-Mota, a former city councilor, United States Air Force Member, and Massachusetts Air National Guard Member has been spotted in a Russian Ministry of Defense video, touting his service against Ukraine in a Russian drone unit. Puello-Mota has been missing since January 7th, 2024, a mere two days before he was due to appear in a Rhode Island court for child pornography charges. In April 2024, Puello-Mota was spotted at an enlistment center in the Russian region of Khanty-Mansiysk in western Siberia. It now appears that he is serving in a drone unit.
