Military Commissioner Shot by Conscript in Irkutsk, Russia

Military commissioner Eliseev is in intensive care after a lone gunman walked into the military enlistment office in Ilimsk, Irkutsk, Russia and shot him 6 times. The suspect was reportedly due to be conscripted today but instead illegally brought a gun to the office and shot the commissioner. This occurred at 0200 EST.
