Mass Shooting at Russian Military Base Leaves at least 11 Dead

Russia's Ministry of defense has reported that a "terrorist attack" has left 11 dead and another 15 wounded at a military training group in Belgorod, Russia, which sits along the border with Ukraine. According to Russian military officials, two attackers carried out the shooting and were only identified as being "citizens" from a "CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) country." Other Russian media have suggested the attackers were from Tajikistan. Both were said to have been killed.
