Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate Reportedly Claims Car Bombing that Killed LPR Deputy, Luhansk

At approximately 0228 EST, initial reports indicated that Self-Declared Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) deputy Filiponenko was killed in a car bombing in Luhansk city. By 0430 EST, the Russian Investigative Committee announced it had commenced an investigation into the bombing.
