USS GRAVELY Shoots Down Two Houthi Missiles, Protects Maersk Hangzhou

As this publication reported earlier today, at approximately 1420 EST, the UKMTO reported an incident 55NM Southeast of Al-Hudaydah, Yemen. United States Central Command has just confirmed that the Houthis struck the tanker, Singapore-flagged Maersk Hangzhou. The American destroyer shot down two additional missiles after an initial impact was reported. The USS GRAVELY (DDG 107) and USS LABOON (DDG 58) have responded to the ship
