The fire started about 50 minutes ago and is still not under control. There have been no reports of jumpers yet but the situation seems dire. The above picture shows civilians on the 9th floor..The Golden Plaza Horizonte is described as a commercial center with a variety of shops and offices on the upper floors of the complex.
