Russian FSB Arrests Japanese Diplomat on Espionage Charges

Update (1402 EST): Russian state owned media has released this footage purporting to show the Consul General Tatsunori admitting to pursuing restricted information. The Russian Foreign Ministry has lodged a "strong protest" with the Japanese government and reportedly still has Tatsunori in custody.
