Explosions and Fire Reported at Romania’s Largest Oil Refinery

At approximately 0800 EST, reports began to emerge of several explosions and a fire at Petromidia Oil Refinery in Navodari, Romania. The workers have been evacuated from the site as of 0930 EST and emergency services have confirmed there were no casualties from the initial blast.
