Trump States He is Target in Federal Investigation into Jan. 6

Donald Trump stated he was notified by Special Counsel Jack Smith's team that he is a target of investigation for his actions to overturn the 2020 U.S. election. If Trump is correct, this will be the second time he will be indicted by a federal court and by Jack Smith's investigations. The last time he was was in June 2023, where he was indicted on 37 felony charges of mishandling top secret documents.
