In a development that marks a dramatic shift in the Ukraine war, NATO has verified that North Korean troops have arrived in Russia's Kursk region. The October 28 confirmation from NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte revealed that roughly 10,000 North Korean soldiers, including a contingent of 1,500 special forces, are now positioned to join the fighting.
