Kenya’s Haiti Deployment Is Scoring Victories

Kenya's deployment of its police officers to Haiti has quickly produced a number of significant victories in Haiti's fight against the gangs that are plaguing the nation with violence. Kenya's police, the head of the Multinational Security Support (MSS) mission, have concentrated their operations in Port-au-Prince, the Haitian capital, where gangs control large portions of the city.
