Taliban Dissolves Human Rights Commission and Several Other Afghan Government Bodies

Taliban supreme leader Haibatullah Akhundzada has reportedly signed a decree that effectively dissolves Afghanistan's Human Rights Commission, High Council for National Reconciliation, National Security Council, Constitutional Oversight Commission, and Parliament, according to documents posted online. So far, there has not been any official statements from the Taliban to confirm the development.
