Phase-II of Atlas
Phase-II of Atlas

Our New Look for the Next Era

Updated on

Today is an exciting day for us at Atlas as we launch our redesigned website and step into Phase II. This project involved updating over 300+ pages and took months of work to develop as we step into this next phase.

When we started 8 years ago on Instagram, we offered only one type of content: posting just on our feed. Today, we are a much larger team and operation spanning journalists across the globe producing much more everyday: exclusive breaking news, in-depth reports, podcasts, documentaries and more.

As we step into Phase II of Atlas - we are even more dialed in than ever to expand what we are good at and become a leader in Geopolitical Analysis.

Our new design—a full rework—aims to make it easier to find and read all the content you are looking for. It features a rework of changing to topics from regions, an introduction of more newsletters, a tab for outside contributors, and more that we continue to build out.

Our updated look is a reflection of where we are going as an organization as we continue to grow our newsroom and position ourselves as a market leader. The re-work is a result of planning for the next year and part of a larger strategy for what Atlas is to become.

Here is whats new:

Homepage

Our new layout switched from Regions to topics - making it easier to find the content you are looking for and section it off by interest.

Newsletters

We are introducing more newsletters to cover our topics - allowing you to get newsletter exclusive stories we didn't put on the website and deeper insight over specific topics per-week.

The newsletters we are launching with are:

  • Conflict

  • International Relations

  • U.S. Politics

  • National Security

(Newsletters will be live in the next 7-10 days as we wait for the migration to catch up to our server speed before we introduce more events calls with newsletter sends.)

Authors and Contributors

We are also expanding out authors and contributors page. This re-organizaes how you find specific authors and how you can connect with them. It also allows us to add significantly more contributors in the future - to include Generals, Directors, C-Suite Level Professionals, people behind closed doors, and more.

...More to Come

We have lots more in the works at Atlas and will make those announcements as they come. This is just part of what we plan to have for the next year.

Even as we’ve expanded our content offering and our direction, our core mission has not changed. Atlas exists to serve government, intelligence, business, and professionals with the most valuable Geopolitical Analysis and Reports about what's happening in the world and what its affecting. And we aim to make that even more true over the next year.

We are in the midst of another major geopolitical shift, where the world is reshaping the way it thinks, and Atlas is at the front lines of the shift. This next phase allows us to deliver better content to the reader - to you - and cover the shit that actually matters and affects the world.

We started years ago and are still here. Without you we would not be here.

Thank you for being a part of Atlas all these years and continuing to support us. We are built on the trust of you all that came here from our Instagram and stayed for our analysis.

As always, we love your feedback, so please feel free to send me an email at stephen@theatlasnews.co. We look forward to becoming even more essential to our subscribers.

Thank you all,

Atlas
