Local Resistance Group Allegedly Bomb Yangon Command HQ Golf Course

On March 22nd, a Yangon-based resistance group released statements that indicated that the group “breached” the Yangon Command Headquarters and detonated a “high-explosive remote-controlled timer bomb” at the command’s golf course.

The local group also that several “senior regime officers” were reportedly present in the area of the golf course when the bomb exploded. Furthermore, they also asserted that the bombing resulted in several casualties among the officers.

However, the claims made by the local resistance group remains unsubstantiated by other groups and Myanmar government.
