Delhi High Court will Hear Case On Detained Chief Minister’s Arrest

The Delhi High Court will hear the case regarding detained Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's arrest by India's financial crimes agency, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), on March 27th. The ED arrested Kejriwal on March 22nd on corruption charges related to a now abolished Excise Policy implemented by Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the city in 2021.
