On March 27th, the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding the case of the agency arresting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. In the ruling, the Court raised questions regarding the "legality and validity" of the arrest and remand.
