Rebels Allegedly Attack Defense Academy in Mandalay Region, Myanmar

On April 14^th, the local People's Defense Force (PDF) allegedly launched a barrage of 18 107mm improvised rockets at the Defense Services Academy located in the town of Pyin Oo Lwin in the Mandalay region. Reports indicate that the PDF conducted the attack at approximately 9:15 p.m. local time.
