The Philippines Announce the Release of Detained Sailor from the MSC Aries

The Philippines' Department of Foreign Affairs (PDFA) announced that Iran released one of four Filipino sailors detained when the country seized the MSC Aries on April 13th. The Philippines also said they "appreciate Iran's gesture" and thanked India for assisting in securing the sailor's release.
