Civilian Vessels Begins to Board Motherships to Sail to Scarborough Shoal

Members are preparing to board one of two motherships for the 100-ship convoy that the Philippine organization, Atin Ito! (Tagalog for It's ours!), will sail to the Scarborough Shoal on its second civilian mission. The members will include international observers and reporters from various media outlets.
