Thailand Constitutional Court Will Next Hearing on Political Party’s Dissolution Case on July 17th

On July 3rd, Thailand’s Constitutional Court announced they would hold the next hearing for the dissolution case against the Move Forward Party (MFP) on July 17th. The court said the judges needed additional time to review the evidence provided by the Election Commission and the MFP.

The announcement came after the court held a short deliberation on July 3rd and decided to wait to review the evidence before holding the hearing.

The Court’s Office said that the document review should be completed by July 9th.
