Thai Constitutional Court Proceeds With Case Regarding Thai Prime Minister’s Dismissal

On June 12th, Thailand's Constitutional Court ordered Prime Minister (PM) Srettha Thavisin and the 40 senators to submit their lists of evidence and witnesses by June 17th. The nine judges held the first hearing in the case the senators brought against Srettha for his appointment of Cabinet member Pichit Chuenban.
