On March 24th, fighters from Karenni armed groups and the People's Defense Force (PDF) successfully intercepted a convoy of military reinforcement between the townships of Hpasawng and Bawlakhe, Kayah state, located in eastern Myanmar..The attack occurred during the morning hours near the village of Papuh hear Hpasawng township.
